Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the veterinary home services provided by Dr. Julien Jadoulle, practicing in Luxembourg.
2. Appointments
Appointments can be made by phone or email. Each request is confirmed based on the veterinarian’s availability.
3. Fees and Payment
Rates are communicated prior to the visit. Payment is due immediately after the consultation by card or cash. No credit will be granted.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without prior notice may be charged.
5. Responsibilities
The veterinarian commits to providing services according to best practices. However, no liability is accepted for unforeseen complications related to the animal’s health.

7. Legal Jurisdiction
In case of disputes, Luxembourgish law applies. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
